San Diego born-and-raised energy: classic, coastal, and completely unfussy. I'm a mom, a school psychologist by day, and the friend everyone has always called before a big interview, a first date, or a closet meltdown.

Styling friends and family turned into SD Fit and Style because I kept seeing the same thing: people with closets full of clothes who dreaded getting dressed. Not because they lacked style, but because no one ever helped them define it.

That's the psychologist in me, honestly. This work is never just about clothes. It's about how you feel when you walk out the door. My job is to get you to "I love how I look" in the fewest pieces, the least money, and zero judgment about whatever is currently on your closet floor.
